Selected logs
We process oak and ash from the Pannonian basin, from forests a few kilometres from the sawmill. Every log is assessed for diameter, shape and wood quality before it enters our yard: a selection at source that shows in every board.

Storage and sprinkling
In the yard the logs are sprinkled with water continuously. The water keeps the wood fresh and helps prevent cracks and discolouration while the logs wait to be sawn, so each one reaches the line in the best condition.

Sawing
Our in-house sawing line turns every log into fresh boards. We cut to the thicknesses the customer asks for, following the shape of the log to get the best yield and quality from every piece.

Protection and stacking
Right after cutting, the board ends are painted to protect them from splitting. The boards are then stacked on stickers, which let air circulate between the layers.

Covered storage
Finished packs are kept under the site's arched sheds, sheltered from sun and rain. Each pack is labelled by species, thickness and grade, ready to be loaded.
- Arched sheds
- Ready for delivery

Loading and shipping
We load curtain-side trucks for all of Europe and containers for sea freight directly on site. From the sawmill to the customer, with no intermediate steps.
