Selected logs
We process oak, lime and cherry from the Carpathians. Every log is assessed for diameter, shape and wood quality before it enters the Tinca yard: a selection at source that shows in every board.

- Lime
- Cherry

Yard storage
Logs are stored by species and checked in the yard until they are sawn, so every lot reaches the line in the best condition.
- Log yard
- Inspection

Sawing
Every log is turned into fresh boards, in the thicknesses the customer asks for, following the shape of the log to get the best yield from every piece.
- Boards
- Custom thicknesses

Edging of lime
Lime is edged into square-edged boards, regular and ready to use. We supply it freshly sawn or kiln-dried.
- Lime only
- Fresh
- Dried

Kiln drying
The drying kilns bring the wood to the required moisture gradually and under control, for stable, uniform boards ready for processing.
- Drying kilns
- Controlled moisture

Loading and shipping
We load curtain-side trucks for all of Europe and containers for sea freight directly on site. From the sawmill to the customer, with no intermediate steps.
